It’s almost my favorite time of year!! The almond blossoms that are sprinkled all through Central California have got to be the most gorgeous things I’ve ever seen. And I take FULL advantage of the fact that I’m lucky enough to live in a town where they are everywhere. Kaye and Jeff were sweet enough to travel from Northern California last year to have their engagement session done in the blooms and I LOVE what we captured from the short time we had together. Would you believe me if I told you that it was pouring down rain just seconds before we started shooting? The rain stopped and the clouds opened up to the most beautiful sunshine. It really could not have turned out better. I’m gearing up for another season of these blooms.
