It is really important to me that we are a good fit and get to know each other prior to booking. I want to show up to your wedding as a friend, not just another vendor so lets be sure to grab some coffee or have a Skype date to chat. I take a limited number of weddings each year to ensure that each of my couples receive the attention they deserve. I also love photographing couples, families, and all of those in between moments. My whole life doesn't revolve around weddings, promise. Just about 99% of it.

If you're interested in availability or pricing (or just becoming best friends) use my contact form and we can set up a happy hour or coffee date.
While I love the look of film I shoot fully digital with Canon bodies and lenses.
Definitely! We all know that nothing beats a California sunset but traveling makes my heart pitter patter and getting to see the world while photographing your love is pretty much a win-win.
I recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue, about six to twelve months in advance. I take a limited amount of weddings a year to be sure to give my full attention to each couple.
An engagement session is included in most of my packages and while I won't force you to do one, I highly recommend it. It's such a great way for us all to get to know each other a little better before the wedding day. I love showing up to a wedding as a friend instead of just another vendor and it makes me so happy when I've built a relationship with my couples. Plus it's a great way to get rid of photo jitters, and to see how I work. When the wedding day comes you'll be old pros at it all and the portraits will run much smoother. If you still don't want to do one, that's fine but because they are complimentary in the packages it will not change the total of the package.
Yes, all of the final digital files are included in each package. You will receive a personal online gallery where you will be able to download all of the images and print your heart away.
In a perfect world, 45-60 minutes for first look and bride and groom portraits and 30 minutes each for family and bridal party portraits.
For portrait and engagement sessions, two to four weeks. For weddings (depending on busy season), six to eight weeks.
I highly encourage first looks, for many reasons. It's a chance for the two of you to talk, kiss, be sappy and get all of your jitters out before the celebration begins. We are also able use natural light and have more of a relaxed timeline and have all of the portraits done before the ceremony. This allows you to head straight to your party after ceremony and enjoy time with your friends and family. And ps. The whole seeing each other when you're walking down the aisle thing will still be as special and full of tears, I promise.
