Lauren and Nicks wedding was everything a wedding day should be. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen so many smiles on peoples faces, so much laughter, and so much love all in one room. Their ceremony was held at Shakespeare Garden in the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. The ceremony space is like walking into a secret garden, with a huge tree that looks like it’s from the south, moss hanging off of every limb, and the beautiful brick filled alter space that the couple says their “I do’s” on. It really is a magical little spot in the grand park. After the ceremony guests walked to De Young Museum for the reception. The museum space has 360 glass windows showing off gorgeous views of San Francisco and is really something to see. Lauren changed into a saucy little number for the reception and I loved that she did! Dancing ensued all night long at the museum and once Adam and I were done shooting we walked back to our perfect little air bnb apartment. Man I love SF. (cough cough, more SF weddings, please)
When Lauren asked if we could do a bridal session before her wedding I was ecstatic. She assumed I would think she was crazy but really I couldn’t have been happier. Lauren is from the South where bridal sessions are a thing of the norm, unlike here in California. Let’s change that, ya? How fun would it be to get into your dress and get all done up for photos before the wedding? I’m in! I’ll be sharing their beautiful San Francisco wedding soon!
Vanessa and Adam welcomed their sweet, adorable baby girl two weeks ago and I got to visit and photograph them this past weekend and guys, she is precious. I figured it was time to share their maternity session while I finish editing their newborn.
Bree and Sam are obviously beautiful on the outside but the minute I met them I could tell how amazingly beautiful they were on the inside too. We had so much fun shooting their engagement session and I cannot wait for their wedding this summer.
